To check the status of your order please visit our chat assistant and follow the instructions given.

You should receive a confirmation email the day of purchase. Please note the courier may not update their tracking information right away and may need 24hrs to update.

If a cancel request is submitted to our chat assistant, or via email at contact@lilygracehome.co.uk within the first 30 minutes of purchase, we aim to cancel your order and issue you a refund right away. However, please note that processing times may vary and we can not guarantee your order will be cancelled in this time frame. If this happens please return your unused item(s). We're sorry to hear there is a problem with your order! Please contact us via our online chat or via email (contact@lilygracehome.co.uk), including your order number and a description of the issue. If your product is faulty, please keep the box, packaging and contents to return to us.

At checkout, please select review order and pay, then tick the 'I have a gift card' box and enter the gift card number and pin, and select apply. If the gift card does not cover the value of your full order, the remaining amount must be paid with another payment method. You may only use one gift card at a time.
